Time slowed down for Jack and everyone else. Pitch suddenly stabbed his hand threw Emma’s stomach, wearing a sickening grin. “Sweat nightmares.” Pitch said pulling his hand out. Every one watched in fear as Pitch pulled out a….

“E-Emma!” Jack stuttered out as Emma’s limb body fell to the floor. Jack stepped back tripping over himself as tears threaten to spill.
“Don’t worry Emma’s not dead,” Pitch said as blood dripped from his hand. “Yet.” Pitch tightened his grip on the star. It began flickering and a cracking noise could be heard.
“NO!” Jack screamed shooting frost at him followed by Bunnys boomerangs. Pitch avoided both attacks and knelt over the dyeing star and smiled.
"I'd say "pleasant dreams"... but there won’t be any for you!" He sneered as he dissolved into the shadows.
“Quickly!” North said as he scooped up the lifeless body. Everyone nodded and hurried. Jack sat there shaking, he couldn’t hear anything. He wasn’t able to save Sandy the first time Pitch attacked and he couldn’t save Emma, he couldn’t save anyone without help.
Bunnymund tried shaking is fellow guardian but he wouldn’t move, frozen tears stuck to his face. When sandy had died jack had gone and hid as he cried but now he was crying for all to see. Bunny scooped Jack into his arms and headed back to the polls with the overs.

Burning, that’s all she could feel. Her tears wouldn’t fall. Her throat had tried out so she couldn’t talk. Her body could feel pain but she couldn’t move. She was in between conscious. The fire from the burning only lasted a few minutes but these lasted for hours.
“Emma… Emma.” A voice of a man whispered in her ears. Emma’s eye shot open and fluttered as she quickly sat up. Emma was in a barren land with no plants or water, just the stars in the sky.
“Been awhile.” A voice said behind her. Emma quickly turned around to see a man with crazy hair.
“Do you like your outfit I picked out in favor of your powers, well powers you had.” The strange man told her giving her a sheepish smile. “No matter, come with me.” He said walking away, not giving her a chance to ask questions.
As Emma was walking she took a look at the clothing she was wearing. The dress seemed to sparkle like the stars and so did her shoes. She still had her necklace but her normally straight her was curled.
“What do you see?” He asked motioning to the telescope. Emma walked up and looked threw the lens.
Emma saw a white haired girl and two browned haired boys. Suddenly it dawns on her. It’s Jack, Thomas and her.

After a day of fun and games the three friends sat under their favorite tree. “I guess this is the last day under this tree for us all together for a while, eh.” Thomas said giving his friends a sad smile. “You’re coming to say good bye right?” He asked, dusting his pants off.
“I have to take my sis skating tomorrow.” Jack said rolling his eyes. Emma walked up to him and playfully bunched him in the arm.
“You know you love hanging with her.” Jack smiled and picked up Emma, throwing her over his shoulder. Emma giggled as Jack started walking away.
“Don’t worry Thomas we’ll meet again.” Jack said smiling to his friend. This was the last time they ever saw Thomas before their deaths.

“It was the last time I ever saw Thomas or the original Jack.” Emma said as she lowered her head and balled her fist. Her golden eyes watering.
“You always gave Thomas a home when his was wasn’t there.” The mystery man said to Emma. “Now go and save your friends and your love.”
“Wait what’s your name?” Emma asked as she started to fade away. He simply smiled and waved her off.

When I woke the first thing I saw was the moon light shining upon me. I smiled at MIM as I realized it was him who saved me from the nightmare of Pitch. I began running as fast as my legs could take me.
I don’t know where I was going, I had no powers. I was like an invisible human, but I didn’t care. I was going to save the children, guardians, and Jack.
“I’m coming Jack.” I said as I ran through the forest.
